These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, programs and purchases through The Spiritual CEO. By making a purchase or using a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Identity of the entrepreneur

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between The Spiritual CEO and you as a customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Offer and prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. The offer is non-binding and may be changed or withdrawn. Errors in the offer do not bind The Spiritual CEO.
4. Payment
Payment is made through the available payment methods (such as Stripe). For some programs, such as the CEO Year, collaboration begins after an intake call. For 1:1 sessions and digital tools, payment is processed in advance, after which you gain access to the calendar or product.
5. Execution and delivery
Coaching and sessions are delivered on the agreed date and time, digitally or on location. Digital products and tools are made accessible immediately or within a reasonable time after payment. Access is personal and non-transferable.
6. Cancellation policy
For coaching calls, 1:1 sessions and live programs, you may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, are charged in full.
Cancellations must be made by email to laurie.vanwerde@gmail.com. The timestamp of the email determines whether the cancellation is within the required notice period.
For multi-session packages and programs, the full amount is due after the first session has taken place, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If The Spiritual CEO cancels a session, you will be offered a new date at no extra cost.
Digital products, downloads and recorded materials cannot be returned or refunded once access has been granted.
7. Right of withdrawal
For distance selling of digital products and services, the right of withdrawal may lapse once delivery has begun with your express prior consent. The cancellation policy in section 6 applies to coaching and 1:1 sessions.
8. Complaints
Do you have a complaint or are you not satisfied? Please contact us as soon as possible at laurie.vanwerde@gmail.com. We will do our best to find a suitable solution together.
9. Liability
The Spiritual CEO provides coaching and personal development services. Laurie van Werde is not a medical doctor, psychologist or other licensed healthcare professional. The services, content and programs are not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic or mental health care.
Participation is entirely at your own risk. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We are not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the offered services or content, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Intellectual property
All texts, images, videos, tools, worksheets and other materials on this website and in the programs are the property of The Spiritual CEO. You may only use these for your own, non-commercial use. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or resell materials without permission.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. For more information, see our privacy policy (if available) or contact us.
12. Changes
The Spiritual CEO reserves the right to change these terms. The most recent version is always available on this page.
